Forgot Login

If you have forgotten which email address you used when you created your CafePress account, please contact our customer service department. For security and privacy reasons, we can only send the login information to the email address on the account.

If you have forgotten your password and are unable to login into your account successfully, please use our Password Reset Form.

If you are unable to remember the answer, select “Don’t remember the answer” under the textbox. Within a few minutes, you’ll receive an email containing a link to change your password. After clicking the link, you’ll be taken to a page where you change your password.

When closing your account, please be aware that this process is irreversible and cannot be undone. Also any images, shops, and products will be purged from our system and will no longer be retrievable.
